The Mini is a smaller disc. It is not intended for throwing, but if you really want to - you can throw it. The Mini is usually used to mark the landing spot of the disc. We throw the disc, before lifting it we put the Mini in front of the disc and then we lift the disc up and can make the next throw, putting our foot right in front of the Mini. If you participate in big competitions, then the Mini should be in your bag ;)
